Louis Chenevert is Investing in the Future of America

Business owners should constantly be thinking about the future of their company. The best kind of CEOs are the ones that leave a company better than it was established.

Investing money in new technology and education for employees will set up the business for future success. A more educated workforce will be able to repay the money that was put into their studies.

Those facilities are actively testing parts that go into the GTF engine. As the company continues to put money towards new innovative pieces of technology, nearly a billion dollars is put towards the improvements of U.S. manufacturing and service centers.

United Technologies Corporation (UTC) is hiring more than 20,000 new employees to help support the growth of new technology. The company has to be able to satisfy the needs of new customers.

It is important to invest as much in humans as you would technology (if not more) because people are always changing and introducing new ideas. People grow up, and the market changes. New businesses are built off of fresh ideas, and older companies are left struggling to stay alive. The demand for certain electronics changes as people develop new interests.
