Organo Gold Provides Coffee Bliss and Business Opportunities
That morning cup of coffee could be doing more than just waking you up and getting you out the door. Two recent studies that were published in the Annals of Internal Medicine have indicated that regular coffee consumption could reduce one’s risk of dying from various chronic conditions including heart disease and stroke.
The potential positives and negatives regarding coffee consumption have been studied for decades and these aren’t the first studies that bring positive news to those habitual coffee lovers. According to one study done with 185,000 Americans, one’s racial makeup doesn’t appear to matter as the benefits seem to cross racial lines and provide positives for everyone.
One researcher mentioned that they couldn’t promise that drinking coffee would prolong your life but that they did see an association. Those who reported drinking 2-3 cups per day had an 18% reduced risk of dying from serious disease over those who abstained completely. The European study also found a decreased risk of death for those who drank several cups of coffee per day.
There is one caveat and that is researchers couldn’t pinpoint a causal relationship and still are unsure of why coffee seems to have these benefits. There is the possibility that those who skip the beverage may do so for underlying health reasons which could already increase their risk of death. Nevertheless, the most recent research again gives glowing marks for coffee consumption.
